Introducing the concept of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) as the means to which WTC Towers 1 and 2, WTC Buildings 7, 6, 5, 4 and 3 were near or fully destroyed on September 11, 2001, now warrants further research as to whether this sort of advanced energy weaponry has been utilised in other events before and after 9/11. If such attacks of this magnitude have been perpetrated upon We The People, which defy such actions to respect and protect each one’s individual Sovereignty and Rights to Life, Freedom, Justice and Liberty from Federal or Governmental Ownership and Enslavery, should serve as a Wake Up Call to those still fast asleep and for those who are waking up, as an even greater compelling alert to the realities around us, which have gone on Sight-Seen in recent history. It cannot serve to awaken the numb or defiantly opposed to true life and liberty, as those whose conscience’s have truly been seared beyond repair will never entertain the possibility for True Freedom and Life as these walk unto an end which has been decided already within their own souls, of which there is no end.

 

 

Tesla’s Energy Beam

In the early 1900s, a man by the name of Nikola Tesla, worked on transmitting electrical energy across distances without the use of wires or cables. His work was truly groundbreaking, during a time when research into sending radio wave energy was the trending interest for invention, however Tesla’s financial backer, the banker J.P. Morgan ceased all funding for Tesla’s transmitting tower when he discovered that it was ‘meant to send power as well as messages’, thus bringing an end to his public career. [1] It has been concluded by many that this action derived itself from money-making interests, whereby ‘Corporate moguls who were interested in creating monopolies and metering electrical power blackballed him.’ [2] 

Further to this, in the 1930s, Tesla envisioned an anti-war technology which would be able to ‘bring down a fleet of 10,000 enemy airplanes at a distance of 250 miles’ effectively forming a shield system, through the action of sending ‘concentrated beams of particles through the free air, of such tremendous energy’. [3] With the imminent approach of multi-nation war, Tesla earnestly desired to end such machinations, hoping that this new invention would be aptly discerned as a means to end war, by the action of providing an ‘impenetrable wall for a country in a time of war’, which would operate as a ‘beam of matter moving at high velocity’. [4] Perhaps Tesla did not understand the nature of globally engineered “wars”, with funding and machinery commonly provided to both ends of the war machine for personal business profits and to advance further erosion of individual sovereignty and implementation of insidious “one-world government” agendas. 

 

Directed Energy Research

Directed energy research commenced in the 1900s notably beginning with Nikola Tesla’s works on electromagnetism, which has been expanded on by scientists and institutions around the world. To quote some notable events as collated by researchers Jeane Manning and Nick Begich:

• ‘1938: Scientist proposes to light up night sky by electron gyrotron heating from a powerful transmitter.
• 1958: Van Allen radiation belts discovered (zones of charged particles trapped in earth’s magnetic field) 2,000+ miles up. Violently disrupted in the same year.

• 1958: Project Argus, U.S. Navy explodes three nuclear bombs in Van Allen belt.

• 1958: White House advisor on weather modification says Defense Department studying ways to manipulate charges “of earth and sky, and so affect the weather”.

• 1960: Series of weather disasters begin.

• 1961?: Copper needles dumped into ionosphere as “telecommunications shield”.

• 1961-62: U.S.S.R. and U.S.A. create many electromagnetic pulses (EMPs) in the atmosphere; 300 megatons of nuclear devices deplete ozone layer by about 4%.’

Information Containment

In the military and government, there are concepts that should be discussed as first preface which explain the power of secrecy within these organizations, these being the concepts of “compartmentalization”, “need-to-know” and “containment”. As researchers, Begich and Manning write, ‘Getting information from the military presented a challenge because of the way they handle information in weapon development projects. The United States military and intelligence community work under a number of principles. . . Compartmentalization is the idea of taking a large multifaceted project and breaking it down into subparts which can be researched and developed independent of the others. Through compartmentalization, the concept of need-to-know develops, where only the part that each individual needs to be aware of is relayed to that person. What these two concepts allow the military is “containment”. A third principle in intelligence circles. An intelligence circle keeps the project going, but in a way which masks the overall (government) plan.’ [5]

 

HAARP Alaska

In the 1980s, physicist Bernard Eastlund developed a series of ideas based on radio-frequency or microwave energy being directed into the outer layers of the earths atmosphere, known as the ionosphere, approximately located between 80 km (50 miles) and 600 km (400 miles) above the earth’s surface. Research or interest into this subject was not new to the U.S government or military, with former experiments of ‘smaller antennae in several locations, for experiments in bouncing radio waves off the ionosphere’. [6] However in 1985, Eastlund’s ideas gained more traction with a patent filed under the heading of “Method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth’s atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere”. This patent holds the following classification: ‘F41H13/0043  Directed energy weapons, i.e. devices that direct a beam of high energy content toward a target for incapacitating or destroying the target’. [7]  

The ionosphere can be thought of as a large super-conducting medium, through which charged electrical or ionic particles, usually sub-atomic, are naturally generated by the sun’s “solar winds” which rain down upon the earth, to cause these highly charged particles to form in the outer layers of the earth’s atmosphere. The solar winds and charged particles, in turn, interact with the natural geomagnetic fields of the earth, migrating in natural motion towards the earth’s magnetic poles.     

The aurora is the most famous effect of these “solar winds”, whereby light is emitted as these charged particles rain down on the different gas molecules found in the earth’s atmosphere, like oxygen or nitrogen, thereby causing the profound and spectacular display of “northern” or “southern lights”, found at the earth’s poles.

In the sparsely unpopulated region of Gakona in lower east Alaska, the Pentagon in 1993 had chosen their site for what would become the HAARP project, an acronym for what they described as the “High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program”, in partnership with the University of Alaska, as purely a “research” project, ‘which would include a large array of antennae on the ground beaming a billion watts of electromagnetic power – at radio frequencies – up through the atmosphere’. In those days, concern was raised as to what effect such powerful electromagnetic transmissions would have on local communications, including interference to aircraft communications and electronic controls. Even the Pentagon had carefully selected this site in Alaska due to the fact it was far from other military facilities, as ‘HAARP’s radio interference would be too strong’ and perhaps partly because the location lended itself to secrecy as there ‘were fewer than two people per square mile’, with ‘few people around to complain’, as researchers Begich and Manning note in their book. 

In the 1990s, more information came out through the persistent efforts of local residents and activists, who had concerns regarding the use of the facility, outside of it’s purported “intended research”, where one HAARP document was said to state that ‘the project was intended to find out how the ionosphere could be exploited for military purposes. It was not pure auroral research.’ Along with the serious and obvious harmful effects on local communications were the additional concerns for local wildlife, including migrating birds and particularly migrating salmon, who ‘use the geomagnetic field as part of their road map’. Additionally, the greater concerns were of more of a global scale, due to the potential for weather engineering and the potential to create an ‘artificial electromagnetic storm high above the earth’. [8]

This HAARP functionality is also termed an “ionospheric heater”, which simply means the extremely powerful focused and concentrated radio wave energy that is created by the equipment, is ‘partially absorbed between 100 kilometres and 350 kilometres in altitude, accelerating electrons there and ‘heating’ the ionosphere. . .In effect, HAARP allows scientists to turn the ionosphere, the uppermost and one of the least understood regions of the atmosphere, into a natural laboratory’, with researchers having ‘already used HAARP to create an artificial aurora’. [9]  

Local researchers and activists looked into the corporations and entities involved with the HAARP project, which included the ‘main defense communications contractor for the United States government’, known as Mitre Corporation. This corporation, ‘does all the work for NSA (National Security Agency)’ and upon one investigative line, it was discovered that Kirtland Air Force Base, who ‘hosts the Air Force space command and it also stores atomic weapons. And they do the black (hidden budget) stuff for Los Alamos’, was also involved in the project, confirming the highly probable classified goings-on at HAARP. [10] 

Various physicists and scientists commented on the action of the ionospheric heater at HAARP, noting that the inherent risks associated with such activity could cause perhaps unforeseeable damage, where ‘You’re pumping tremendous energy into an extremely delicate molecular configuration that comprises these multi-layers we call the ionosphere,”. . .The ionosphere is prone to catalytic reactions. In other words. . .if a small part is changed, a major change in the ionosphere can happen’. In more technical terms, the earth’s natural geomagnetic grid is inherently affected by such strong, unnatural high frequency emissions from the HAARP “giant gigawatt beam”, whereby ‘coupling of HAARP HF (high-frequency) with natural ELF (extremely low frequency) can cause a dimension on unplanned, unsuspected side effects. . .As Earth rotates, HAARP will slice across geomagnetic flux. . .magnetic strings – like longitude meridians (on maps). HAARP. . .will pulse each thread with harsh, out-of-harmony high frequencies. These noisy impulses will vibrate geomagnetic flux lines, sending vibrations all through the geomagnetic web, even as a single thunderstorm’s lightning flashes emit pulses felt globally by sensitive sensors’. Degradation of the ionospheric layer of the earth’s atmosphere also occurs where rockets and space shuttles are launched, which cause artificial “depletion” of the ionosphere, whereby rocket exhaust once disturbed an area of the ionosphere, equivalent to 1 to 3 million km, for three hours ‘centered on the rocket’s path’. [11]

Raytheon and the Ionosphere

In the 1990s, there were apparently only a few ionospheric heater experts in the world, it being a ‘very specialized area of research’, with only ‘two groups in the Soviet Union, several people in Europe and maybe ten people in the states’, according to one ionospheric scientist. [12] One individual, initially involved in the project conception of HAARP was Dr Bernard Eastlund, who, as mentioned earlier created the first draft concept of the directed energy ionosphere beam. His work was patented along with the inventions of others, to form a collective of 12 patents, which were assigned to a company founded under the umbrella of the Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), as a subsidiary called ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI) in the 1980s. [13] E-Systems, ‘one of the largest intelligence contractors in the United States’, bought APTI and ‘assumed control of the patents and the HAARP project’, which interestingly seemed to be the only value of the company, as APTI had no net income since it’s formation. [14]

Then, in 1995, the behemoth government contractor, Raytheon Corporation bought E-Systems, therefore acquiring all assets formerly belonging to APTI and E-Systems, which included advanced technology such as “clustered computer networks”, deep underground geographical mapping, where ‘coupled with what APTI brought together in their patents, formed an incredible technology package for one of the most profound weapon systems yet conceived’. Raytheon Corporation had now amassed an almost unthinkable array of hidden and overt technological advancements, now under the broader arm of the U.S. government, who generated approximately $10 billion per year and whose ‘profits mostly came from their government contracts’. [15]  

One document which was not meant to be made public, was acquired by researchers Begich and Manning in 1995, called the “PL/GP Technical Memorandum No.195”, which was 613 pages long and begins with this series of statements: ‘A Technical Memorandum may not be referenced in the open literature; however, results presented therein may be referenced as ‘private communication’ with the written consent of the originating office’, further ‘The contents of the report is not available to the general public. Consequently, the appearance of any material herein does not constitute publication’. Essentially stating that this document can not be requested under a “freedom of information request” and ‘unlike a classified document which the government at least has to acknowledge is not available for release’, this ‘“non-published” material does not exist.’ [16]

What is contained in this document, whilst still clearly just a small part of the greater whole, is information relating to ‘a system of ionospheric heaters’, which HAARP publicly released documents failed to mention, with transmitter sites in ‘Greenland, the South Pacific, Japan, and Europe (Eiscat) among others’, which could focus their energy on the ‘same point in the ionosphere. This would allow a significant increase in power density, well over what was possible with just a single transmitter. The global shield concept envisioned by Eastlund began to make a lot more sense in light of these systems being used together. If these transmitters could be tuned in resonance (harmony) with each other, a very large effect could be obtained. If those positioned around the northern latitudes were turned on and tuned just so, they would energize a very large portion of the ionosphere, creating many of the effects described in the patents and sought by the military.’ In one very piercing analysis, Begich and Manning state that this combined technology is ‘a system capable of packing unheard of power densities into the ionosphere, levels which could pierce the natural shield which protects us all from being bombarded by death delivering cosmic radiations’. [17] 

In August 2002, a committee of the Russian Parliament ‘expressed concern about the USA’s programme to develop a qualitatively new type of weapon’, this being the HAARP programme, located in three facilities in Alaska, Greenland and Norway. In the publicly released appeal, they suggested the programme ‘will create weapons capable of breaking radio communication lines and equipment installed on spaceships and rockets, provoke serious accidents in electricity networks and in oil and gas pipelines and have a negative impact on the mental health of people populating entire regions.’ [18]

Raytheon Polar Services, a branch of Raytheon Technical Services Company, was the main contractor to the U.S. Antarctica Program, under the arm of the National Science Foundation, from 2000 until 2012. [19] Recently, a supposed “whistleblower” came out stating that as a former employee of Raytheon Polar Services, he worked for one year in Antarctica at the South Pole Amundsen-Scott Station and the associated “IceCube Neutrino Observatory”. While his claims are extremely unrealistic to have possessed one “master key” to which he could access all parts of the IceCube facility (noting the highly “compartmentalized”, “need-to-know” and “containment” nature of such intensely secretive facilities, as mentioned earlier), he does have some interesting comments regarding Directed Energy Weapons and the real intent or purpose of the facility. What is more evident, however, is this “whistleblowing” operation is part of a much broader tool to normalise or initiate further speculation about “unidentified flying objects”, which are a weapon of mind warfare in their own right, as they do much to distract from the real identified culprits and perpetrators of evil. The IceCube Neutrino Observatory is a recognised CERN experiment. [20]

 

Ionosphere and Earthquakes

In one of the patents issued to Bernard Eastlund in 1987, it mentions the use of his invention as a means of “weather modification”, for ‘altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device’. [21] Additionally, the researcher Manning notes that amongst the list of military applications for Tesla’s inventions were ‘earthquake contrivances, world radar, particle beam weapons. . . One or more magnifying transmitters could theoretically send destructive impulses through the earth to any location’. [22] 

There has seemed to exist some sort of relationship between the ionosphere and earthquakes, even before “ionospheric heating” technology was created. In a HAARP document, it was noted that ‘Ionospheric disturbances have been detected and ascribed to earthquakes such as the Alaska earthquake on March 28, 1964’, therefore implying some sort of energetic connection, to which the researcher Begich questions, ‘if the reverse might be true if deliberate ionospheric disturbances could in turn resonate with the materials in the earth and trigger an earthquake’. [23] Additionally, in the 1960s, when the U.S military ‘sent up a band of tiny copper wires into the ionosphere to orbit the planet so as to ‘reflect radio waves and make reception clearer’ we had the 8.5 Alaska earthquake, and Chile lost a good deal of its coast. That band of copper wires interfered with the planetary magnetic field’. [24] 

The U.S. government has a long track record of seeking to exploit ‘environmental control technologies for military purposes’, with the “chief White House advisor on weather modification” stating in 1958 that, ‘the U.S. DoD [Department of Defense] was studying “ways to manipulate the charges of the earth and sky and so affect the weather” by using an electronic beam to ionize or deionize the atmosphere over a given area.’ [25] Further, one comment was made regarding the U.S. military’s fascination with environmental modification in the 1970s, where ‘What emerged was…far ranging research and experimentation by the DoD into ways environmental tampering could be used as a weapon’. [26]

In yet another disturbing list of potential uses for exploiting the energy fields of the earth, as provided by geophysicist, Gordon MacDonald, ‘weather manipulation, climate modification, polar ice cap melting or destabilization, ozone depletion techniques, earthquake engineering, ocean wave control and brain wave manipulation’, being ‘virtually undetectable by their victims’. [27] Charles A. Yost, inventor and physicist believed that ‘According to his experiments and analyses, ionospheric currents and changing magnetic fields in the ionosphere must produce “global oscillating gradients” that go down as far as the ground’. [28]

There have been various studies examining ionospheric disturbances and how they relate to earthquakes, particularly preceding large-scale earthquakes, which have notably been detected in the 2004 Sumatra, 2008 Sichuan (Wenchuan), 2010 Chile and 2011 Tōhoku (Japan) earthquakes. This short video gives a brief explanation on how disrupting the ionosphere with 1.7 billion watts of energy, which is the amount HAARP was capable of generating in the 1990s, could cause severe seismic damage.

 

Hawaii “Wildfires”?

In August of 2023, a new sort of fire greatly devastated the residential and historic town of Lahaina on the western part of the island of Maui in Hawai’i. With local residents completely unwarned, despite, according to the U.S. Department of Defense, Hawai’i having the ‘largest single integrated Outdoor Siren Warning System for Public Safety in the world. The all-hazard siren system can be used for a variety of  both natural and human-caused events; including tsunamis, hurricanes, dam breaches, flooding, wildfires, volcanic eruptions, terrorist threats, hazardous material incidents, and more. The sirens output is 121 decibels and propagate with a manufacture radius of 3400ft.’ [29] Maui itself having 80 outdoor warning sirens, with five directly in the vicinity of the Lahaina fires. [30] Not one of them went off.  

Further disturbing details have emerged, particularly from eyewitness reports and survivor testimonies, including police and utility workers blocking road exits out of Lahaina [31], additional diverted water supply access to firefighters being delayed or deliberately hampered by the “Hawaii Commission on Water Resource Management” [32], animal remains found mid-gait or mid-motion as though frozen in time, and blue-coloured objects found completely intact and unburned [see below video].

The aftermath is just as telling, as the Biden administration announced seven days after the fires that they were going to offer through FEMA a ‘onetime payment of $700 per household to applicants who were displaced from their homes and have critical needs,’ [33] whilst at the same time just two days after the fires, seeking approval from Congress for $24 billion for more Ukraine assistance, as well as an apparent $12 billion for FEMA. [34] However, as Ron Paul writes that he is ‘not a big fan of Federal Government disaster relief. Too much of the time the money never gets to those who need it most’. [35] 

Hawaiian governor, Josh Green, just seven days after the fires made the statement, ‘I’m already thinking of ways for the state to acquire that land so that we can put it into workforce housing, to put it back into families, or make it open spaces in perpetuity as a memorial to the people who were lost’, essentially suggesting ‘the state was better suited to take control of the land’. His following statements are particularly damning, as he addresses the issue of investors seeking to “land grab”, stating: ‘we don’t want this to become a clear space where then people from overseas just come and decide they’re gonna take it. The state will take it and preserve it first.’ [36]      

In an interview with former Fire Captain, Matt Dakin, with 33 years of firefighting experience in California, he notes certain anomalous behaviour and differences in more recent “fires” which he has never before witnessed. He comments on these in the video below, including referencing the Californian “Tubbs Fire” of 2017 and the “Paradise/Camp Fire” of 2018, both of which display “unnatural” fire patterns and behaviours, in striking similarity to the recent Lahaina fire.

In another news article, Dakin notes that in the “Tubbs Fire”, ‘virtually every house to its foundation with only “powder” remaining throughout. Yet the surrounding trees remained largely intact and green and household appliances weren’t left a hollowed-out metal shell, as is often the case in a conventional fire; rather, the appliances were completely gone. Every house was destroyed to the same degree and in the same manner.’ He added that, ‘The same fire somehow “jumped” six-lane Highway 101 and burned other neighborhoods as well while “completely destroying a fully sprinkled K-Mart.”. . .such buildings, with their “concrete-tilt-up” construction design, are “built so they don’t just burn up.”’ [37] 

Strangely seen in the “Camp Fire” of 2018 were, ‘various trees and manzanita bushes [which] appeared to have burned from the inside out, even including individual trees that were isolated in asphalt parking lots away from the main fires. Oftentimes, the strange internal fires would start at the bottom, seemingly from the inside of the roots’.
