Soaking music has been a big help to me, in recent years of my life. I had never heard of it until a few years ago, but since then it has been a steady and constant support and help to me in difficult or troubling times.
I find it calms and rests my soul, like few things can. It has helped my mind and heart to heal, to rest and to feel replenished and full again.
